EVEN IN THE COUNTY,NOT JUST CITY .SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT LEASH LAWS.THESE DOGS DON'T NEED TO ROAM THE ROADS.SOME ARE KILLING OTHERS ANIMALS,AND OTHERS ARE IN DANGER ROAMING.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the above anonymous comment. However, we have a leash law in the city but we still see free roaming dogs very often, especially during the summer. In fact, I've seen the police drive right by them without blinking an eye. I've complained about this on numerous occasions but, you know, why would the city take my concerns seriously? It would be too much real WORK to do that.

SO glad I found this information and I was able to call about my neighbor crating the dog in a small crate in a fenced in back yard beside our fence. The poor dog was crying and barking for hours at a time!
